Kim Kardashian and former husband Kris Humphries have officially divorced following an 18 month battle over the end of their 72 day marriage. Though originally splitting in October 2011, the couple took until last month to agree to settlement terms as they argued over the validity of their marriage, with the NBA star claiming the Keeping Up With The Kardashians babe fraudulently wed him.
The couple did look as though they maybe heading for a court room showdown but just days before they were meant to head to trial, the former couple managed to agree to an out of court settlement, ensuring that the details of the case stayed private.
Monday, according to People, was the last legal hurdle with the divorce entered at the Los Angeles Superior Court that evening. While details of the split weren't made public the couple had a water tight prenuptial agreement that protected Kim's vast fortune.

Now Kim's officially a single woman again we wouldn't be surprised if she soon tied the knot with rapper boyfriend Kanye West. The couple are expecting their first child in just a matter of weeks, revealed over the weekend to be a little girl and though the star has always said she isn't in a hurry to wed the Church In The Wild star, we all know the Kardashians love a good wedding.Kim managed to secure her split from Humphries just in the nick of time. She'd previously stated she didn't want to be married to the 28-year-old when she gave birth to her first child with West and with the look of that growing baby bump, she's only just managed it.
Though she previously claimed to be due in July, there has been much speculation that it's actually June, in an effort to guard her privacy.
